Professionally filmed footage of the working unit with live founder commentary and real-time Q&A throughout. Same substance as the in-person briefing, no travel required.
Both formats include: walk-through of the 50-unit, 90-day pilot structure and what it would look like in your zone. After the briefing, ask about formal pilot next steps.
